Crumb Together Cookies desires for each of our customers to be 100% satisfied with the products they purchase. If for some reason, you are unsatisfied please contact Crumb Together Cookies immediately and we will work together to resolve your case in an individual and timely manner. 

If you serve the cookies and feel there is a problem with the baking, do not throw it away.  Please return it to Crumb Together Cookies, so we can see what is wrong. If we determine there is a quality deficiency, we will work with you to determine the acceptable solution. In most cases, a refund will not be given for a product. We retain the right to judge our product quality for ourselves. 

If you do not pick up your order, we do not give a refund.

Cancellation Policy

Orders canceled within 5 days of event are subject to a fee of 50% of the total order.
